Lower High Humidity: Do you have a dehumidification plan to protect your property? Mold grows when moisture is present. History: Developer Brian Smith created the IW25 dehumidifier, in 2012, to solve recurring mold issues within his own multifamily developments. The problem sparked the question… What causes indoor mold growth? As a developer he followed all the rules, and guidelines throughout construction but could not understand why mold continued to be a problem. He searched for the best dehumidifier for apartments, after years of research, and testing, Brian developed the IW25 dehumidifier to help prevent mold growth efficiently and effectively in multi-family housing communities. Combining supplemental dehumidification and bi-polar ionization technology to help protect investments while providing healthier living spaces for residents.
