Gary Askin

Gary Askin has over 30 years of experience in the thermoform and contract packaging industry. Gary has held various roles, including VP of Business Development at Innovative Plastics Corporation since 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Placon Corporation as National Sales Manager for 14 years, where they played a key role in establishing a Food Packaging Division that generated $30MM in sales. Gary also served as a National Accounts Manager at Rock-Tenn Company, where they developed and marketed MAP Packaging programs for the meat, poultry, and produce industries. At Hopple Plastics, Gary worked as a Regional Account Manager and successfully developed the Industrial Division, earning Tier 1 Preferred Supplier status for major automotive manufacturers.

Gary Askin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Minnesota.
