Jacob Hetz

Jacob Hetz began their work experience in 2018 as a College Intern in the Innovation and Performance Department at the City of Pittsburgh. In 2019, they joined FinScan® as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Later in 2019, they started working at Innovative Systems, Inc. where they initially held the position of Software Quality Assurance Engineer before being promoted to Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Jacob Hetz attended Ferris State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In 2018, they also completed the Front-End Nanodegree Program at Udacity, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences.
