Heidi Dalton is the Founder and CEO of ECLS Virtual Advisors, bringing over 20 years of experience as a pediatric critical care physician and establishing herself as an internationally recognized expert in extracorporeal life support and respiratory failure. Currently, Heidi holds leadership roles as President of ECMO Virtual Advisors and Senior ECMO Advisor at OPENPediatrics, while also serving in various capacities at notable institutions including INOVA Health System and George Washington University. Heidi completed her Pediatric Critical Care Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh and earned an MD from Wayne State University. Additionally, Heidi manages her own consulting firm, Heidi J Dalton Medical Consulting PLLC, and contributes to the education of future medical professionals as a Professor of Surgery at Creighton University.
