Innovereye is an AI Innovation Catalyst Center dedicated to the Italian eyewear industry, and not only. Founded by ANFAO (national eyewear manufacturers association), Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti (regional industry association), and Aivisory (AI consulting and deterministic agentic solutions), in close partnership with Certottica.

We help eyewear companies identify where Digital Innovation and AI can create concrete value (processes, products and services, go-to-market and business models, skills, ESG), then orchestrate the implementation journey by connecting them with the most suitable partners (business consultants, system integrators, technology providers, startups, academia) selected through a qualified network, an always-on scouting engine, and open innovation pathways.

We primarily target SMEs (the backbone of Italian eyewear supply chains), but also larger enterprises — because innovation only works when it involves the entire supply chain.

We are not traditional consultants, we are not technology vendors. We are a neutral catalyst offering a structured journey: from assessment and identification of challenges and opportunities, through Proof of Concept and Pilot design, to solution delivery — always with the most suitable partners. Every journey is driven by clear, measurable ROI and KPIs aligned with the company's business objectives. We lower AI adoption barriers for SMEs through ecosystem economics, shared services, and facilitated access to subsidized financing.
