Welcome to Innovext Venture Studio.

We are India’s first sector-focused Robotics Venture Studio, working across Robotics, Physical AI, and Autonomous Systems.

An initiative of the RX100 Group, Innovext is built on a simple belief: venture creation matters more than startup selection.

We work on real industry problems. We assemble strong technical and commercial teams, design real systems, build and test working prototypes, validate demand with customers, and support ventures all the way through commercialization and spin-out.

Our role is to reduce uncertainty in building robotics companies—replacing guesswork with process, and ambition with execution.

Innovext is designed for founders who want to build serious technology, and for industries that need real, deployable solutions.

Each stage of our venture-building process is structured to reduce technical, market, and execution risk, helping ventures move steadily from concept to a real company.

We don’t mentor startups.
We engineer ventures.
