Building on that legacy, Innovia Wealth uses a team-based approach based on diverse perspectives. The firm's wide-ranging expertise in financial planning, tax management, legal and estate considerations provide multiple angles to view opportunities available to clients. Because each team member looks at an opportunity through a different lens, the recommendations we provide deliver holistic solutions. A multi-disciplinary approach also helps to synchronize the many plans that our clients’ lawyers, accountants, insurance providers, and bankers recommend. Lastly, a comprehensive view ensures no “financial leakage,” consistently optimizing our clients’ resources. Optimization is an ongoing process while our team executes, monitors, and iterates on our clients’ behalf.   
 
The current team is comprised of experts with a wide range of credentials, including JDs, CPAs, MBAs, CFP®s, CLU®s, ChFC®s, and other designations that ensure the diverse skill sets required to serve clients' needs are addressed.
