James Mackenzie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James started their career as a Pension Administrator at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in 2008. From there, they worked as a Reward Analyst at Shaw Communications from 2010 to 2012 and then at The Home Depot Canada in 2012.

In 2013, James joined SCOTTISH POWER (IBERDROLA Renovables) as a PMO Analyst, where they stayed until 2014. James then moved to Total Reward Group (now Gallagher) in 2016, working as a Reward Analyst until 2017. Following this, they worked as a Reward Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield from 2017 to 2018 and at Arcadia Group Ltd in 2018.

In 2019, James joined CCRS Brokers Limited as a Software Developer, staying for two years until 2021. James then worked as a Software Developer at Unineed from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Innovid as a Software Developer starting from March 2022.

James Mackenzie completed their education at the University of Strathclyde from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Development. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended the University of Glasgow and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Applied Mathematics.
