Li Cai

Li (Shirley) Cai has a diverse work experience spanning over the past 17 years. Li (Shirley) started their career as an Accounting Supervisor at Earth Resources Technology, Inc. (ERT, Inc.) in 2004 and worked there until 2008. After that, they joined IMPAQ International as a Senior Accountant for a brief period of time, followed by working as a Senior Accountant and Acting Accounting Manager at Smart Innovative Solutions, LLC from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Project Director/Independent Consultant at WSL Consulting, LLC. In 2011, they joined NeoSystems Corp as a Project Director/Controller and continued working there until 2017. Currently, Li (Shirley) Cai is the Director of Finance at INNOVIM.

Li (Shirley) Cai earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Petroleum (East China) from 1987 to 1991. Li (Shirley) later obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting and Business Advisory from the University of Baltimore from 2005 to 2007. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Maryland Board of Public Accountancy in April 2012, the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association in October 2014, and PFP certification from AICPA in August 2016.
