Brad Osterloo

Brad Osterloo has substantial work experience in the software development and telecommunications industry. Brad started their career in 1993 at the Martin Group as a Billing Software Lead, where they wrote and maintained billing code for Teleport Communications Group (TCG), a pioneer in the telecommunications industry. Brad was involved in various areas of telecom OSS during this period.

In 2002, Brad joined Innovative Systems, where they played a pivotal role in the development and management of their software systems. As one of the original three architects of eLation, an OSS Billing system, they quickly established it as the best communications billing and OSS system in the Tier 3 market in the United States. Brad started with a small team and zero lines of code, and within six months, they demonstrated a viable product. Within a year, they began deploying it at client sites. Throughout their tenure at Innovative Systems, Brad held various roles, including Original Software Developer, Architect, Activations Software Development Manager, and currently as the Senior Software Development Manager.

Brad Osterloo attended South Dakota Mines from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science. Brad also holds additional certifications, including PowerBI Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2021 and an edX Honor Code Certificate for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from Microsoft.
