Shawn Ruml

Shawn Ruml has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Software Specialist at Innovative Systems LLC from January 2012 to December 2014. Shawn then progressed to become a Software Project Manager at the same company from December 2014 to October 2019. Following that, Shawn took on the position of Support Team Leader at Innovative Systems LLC from October 2019 to June 2021. Shawn currently holds the title of Sr. Manager of Billing Support at the same company, starting in June 2021. Prior to their employment at Innovative Systems LLC, Shawn worked at Coborn's Inc. from June 2007 to December 2011.

Shawn Ruml's education history begins in 2007, where they attended the University of South Dakota for their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Secondary Education, which they completed in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, Shawn pursued their Master of Arts (MA) in Adult and Continuing Education at the same university.

In 2016, Shawn enrolled in Mitchell Technical College and obtained a Certificate in Leadership Studies from the South Dakota Leadership Academy in 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Shawn Ruml has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course: Skills for Success, offered by Dale Carnegie Training. Furthermore, in 2016, they successfully completed the South Dakota Leadership Academy program at Mitchell Technical Institute. Lastly, in 2019, Shawn completed the Citizens Police Academy program offered by the Mitchell Department of Public Safety.
