Steve Yonan

Steve Yonan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Steve began their career at Trilogy Consulting, where they served as a Senior Business Development Manager, with responsibilities including managing a team of 12 and overseeing a $12 million budget. Steve then moved on to Spherion as a Business Development Manager, focusing on sales and delivery in the Chicago suburban market. At ADP, Steve worked as a National Sales Executive, handling compliance services sales and new business development for payroll and HR solutions. Steve later joined NEWsource Consulting Group as a Partner before transitioning to Plexus Financial Services, LLC as Vice President of Business Development. At Benefitfocus, Steve held the position of Director of Employer Sales. Currently, they are working at Innovu, first as National Partner Relationship Director and now as Vice President of Sales and Managing Director. Steve's roles have covered a variety of industries, including benefits technology, financial services, and consulting.
