Philip Cross

Philip Cross is currently the Communications Manager for Building Safety at Innovus, where they manage interactions with various stakeholders and ensure effective communication regarding compliance and regulation. With a background in multi-agency project management and policy implementation, they have previously served as a Business Assurance Manager at Homes & Neighbourhoods and a Deputy Partnership Manager at Kirklees Council. Philip has also held roles at West Yorkshire Police, where they contributed to performance research and developed significant anti-trafficking initiatives. They began their career as a Special Constable with Thames Valley Police while pursuing a degree in Police Studies.
