Junwei Bao

Junwei Bao has a long history of work experience in the technology industry. In 2016, they became Co-founder and CEO of Innovusion. From 2014 to 2016, they were Head of Compute System & Sensor, Autonomous Driving and Head of Compute Infrastructure at Baidu USA. From 2006 to 2014, they were VP of Engineering and Technology at Tokyo Electron. From 2002 to 2006, they were Sr. Director of Engineering and Technology and Manager of Applied Research at Timbre Technologies, Inc. From 2001 to 2002, they were a Research Scientist at Timbre Technologies, Inc. During their time at Timbre Technologies, Inc., they were the technical lead for ODP library and other key technology components, developed advanced algorithms and products, and pioneered R&D work for scatterometry technology.

Junwei Bao completed their Bachelor of Science in Physics at Peking University between 1991 and 1996. Junwei then went on to pursue a Master's and Doctorate in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1997 to 2003.
