Hind Bentayeb

Hind Bentayeb is a business leader with a focus on strategic management, corporate development, and venture-building. They are currently engaged in venture building and intrapreneurship at Innov'X, and previously held roles there as Deputy General Manager at FluorAlpha (2022–2024) and Chief Executive Officer at Aradinov, where they worked on sustainable models for agriculture. They served as Strategy & Business Development Director for Morocco at LafargeHolcim (2017–2022) and were Secretary of the Executive Committee. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group (Associate in 2009; Project Leader 2013–2017) and BNP Paribas (Market Intelligence Analyst, 2008), and began at P&G (Assistant Brand Manager, 2007); they earned a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris (2006–2010).
