Lamya Arroug, Ph.D. Eng., is the Head of the Process Department at InnovX, where they oversee sustainability and green innovation projects. Previously, they served as a Project Process Manager at SOTINAR from 2021 to 2024 and managed the compound and development unit at SNEP from 2014 to 2016. Lamya is also a part-time professor in project management at Université Cadi Ayyad, where they have been involved in teaching since 2017 while pursuing a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry and process optimization. They earned an engineering degree in industrial processes from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat between 2010 and 2013.
