Roger Pare is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in underwriting and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at InnSure since September 2020, Roger emphasizes innovative solutions for risk-related challenges in the insurance sector. Roger has held the position of Chief Underwriting Officer at The Hanover Insurance Group since January 2010 and at OneBeacon Insurance Company from 2001 to 2010. Additionally, Roger is the Principal and Owner of Commonwealth Associates, LLC, and has contributed to advisory boards at Federato and Fractal since 2021 and 2020, respectively. Previous roles include Chief Underwriter at FM Global and Underwriting Manager at Chubb, reflecting a rich foundation in the insurance industry. Roger holds a BS in Mathematics and Physics from Fairfield University, earned between 1976 and 1979.
