Brian Forrest

Brian Forrest is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partner and customer service management. Currently serving as Chief of Partner Experience at Inntopia since January 2016, Brian previously held the role of Director of Partner Services. Prior to Inntopia, Brian worked at Burton Snowboards from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing a 35-person service organization as Sr. Customer Service and Account Management Manager, launching cloud-based customer service software, and implementing revenue-generating programs. Brian also contributed to the growth of Burton's women's products business as a member of the Burton Leadership Process team and played a key role in SAP system upgrades and customer service restructuring initiatives.
