Mathieu Harvey

Mathieu Harvey is an accomplished professional currently serving as Coordonnateur of the business analysis team at INO since June 2023. Previously, Mathieu held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at FLO - EV Charging from July 2017 to April 2023, where significant achievements included establishing the Operational Excellence department, leading an enterprise ERP replacement project, and implementing a comprehensive documentation management process. Mathieu's career also features experience as a Quality Manager at Eaton, where contributions included enhancing the ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System and improving delivery processes. Prior roles included Technical Writer and Software Developer at Cybectec, contributing to user documentation and software design for substation automation products. Mathieu is pursuing a Microprogramme in administration des affaires, specializing in information technology management at Université Laval (2024-2026) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke (1997-2001).
