Rafael Resende

Rafael Resende is currently a Solutions Architect at Inoa, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael accumulated extensive experience at BTG Pactual from August 2007 to December 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Associate Partner and Executive Director in Automation, as well as Director in Strategic Transformation and Operations across various departments. Rafael's career began at Ágora Investimentos as an Analyst in Operations Back Office from January 2005 to August 2007 and included an earlier role as Operations Trainee at Rolls-Royce from January 2003 to December 2004. Rafael holds a degree in Administração from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2005, and attended Colégio Santo Inácio in Rio de Janeiro.
