With 15 years of experience in transformational change projects, Dawn has worked across various industries in both public and private sectors, including universities and Network Rail. Previously, Dawn served as a Functional Lead at the University of Glasgow, where they managed ongoing change and system support following the implementation of Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solutions. They hold a PhD in Education from the University of Glasgow, along with an MSc in Information and Administrative Management and a Master's in Hispanic Studies.
