Gary Thompson

Gary Thompson has extensive experience in service delivery and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Inoapps since September 2018, Gary previously held the position of UKI Capability Lead for Oracle Architects and DBAs at DXC Technology from June 2013 to February 2018. Prior to that role, Gary was both Service Delivery Manager and DBA Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing the Ministry of Justice account from March 2007 to May 2013. Gary began a career in management as Operations and Customer Services Manager at DIALOGUE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, where responsibilities included ensuring technical services performance in line with SLAs and managing both in-house and outsourced teams from June 2004 to March 2007.
