Olivia Hook Frey

Olivia Hook Frey currently serves as the Alliance Director for North America at Inoapps, where responsibilities include enhancing the Inoapps brand within the Oracle ecosystem, managing Oracle relationships, generating sales leads, and developing marketing materials. In addition, Olivia is an instructor at CycleYOU®, teaching group fitness classes, and has previously held roles such as Director of Membership Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at NASPO ValuePoint and Academic Affairs Manager at the National Association of State Procurement Officials. With a strong background in education and public relations, Olivia has contributed as a fitness instructor and event coordinator in various organizations, holding master's and bachelor's degrees from Illinois State University in Communication and Organizational Leadership, respectively.
