Paul Beardmore

Paul Beardmore is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in security and support services. Currently serving as the Global Security and IT Team Leader at Inoapps since July 2018, Paul manages an international IT support team to deliver various IT and security services. Previously, Paul held roles such as Global Security and IT Analyst and IT Support Analyst at Inoapps, collaborating with the Global Head of IT on support and project delivery. Paul's earlier experience includes working as a Field Technical Support Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from November 2008 to May 2018, where responsibilities encompassed technical support for hardware and software in a large call center environment. Additionally, Paul served as a Technical Support Analyst and Team Leader at The Tech Guys from July 2006 to 2008, where leadership included resolving technical escalations and ensuring service level agreements were met. Paul is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at The Open University, with expected completion in 2026.
