Eric Davis

Eric Davis has worked in the IT industry since 1997. Eric'sfirst role was IT Manager/Director at PS&S. Eric then went on to become Desktop Support/System Admin at the same company. From 2015 to 2020, Eric Davis was Director - IT Services at Your Tech Team LLC, where they led the technical team delivering infrastructure, support, and strategy to the SMB market. Eric also directed the operations and continuous improvement of service delivery in the following areas: Help desk, Centralized Services, Network Administration, vCIO. Most recently, Eric Davis has been employed at INOLEX since 2020, where they have held the roles of Sr. Director, Business Systems, ERP Project Manager, and Consultant, ERP Project Manager.

Eric Davis completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University from 1993 to 1997. Eric then obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Eric has also obtained a number of certifications from LinkedIn, including Become a CompTIA Security+ Certified Security Professional (2019), Planning a Microsoft Cloud Solution (2019), CompTIA Security+ (SY0-501) Cert Prep: 2 Technologies and Tools (2018), CompTIA Security+ (SY0-501) Cert Prep: 3 Architecture and Design (2018), Cert Prep: CompTIA Security+ Exam (SY0-501): The Basics (2018), and CompTIA Security+ (SY0-501) Cert Prep: 1 Threats, Attacks, and Vulnerabilities (2018). Additionally, they hold a Continuum Certified IT Expert certification from Continuum Managed Services, LLC, obtained in 2015.
