INOLYSIS is a new company founded in 2025 focusing on the development of novel drugs that target fibroblasts to mitigate chronic inflammation, fibrosis and cancer. The company builds on previous research that has identified several compounds effectively disrupting pathogenic fibroblast activation. By targeting fibroblasts - an underexplored yet central driver of disease pathogenesis-, INOLYSIS is pioneering a new approach to treat chronic inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. Our innovative small molecules address the root causes of fibrotic and inflammatory conditions, offering new hope where current treatments fall short.
