Debojyoti Roy

Debojyoti Roy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President for Strategy & Operations in both v4c.ai and InOrg Global, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives and operational frameworks for data science capabilities and customer onboarding, respectively. With prior experience as Head of GBS Strategy PMO at Medtronic, Debojyoti led transformation efforts across multiple countries, achieving significant improvements in business key performance indicators. A strong background in operations management and business excellence is evident from roles at Philips and DENSO, where strategic planning and manufacturing optimization were key focuses. Debojyoti holds an MBA from SPJIMR and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
