Rashmi Modak

Rashmi Modak is a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at InOrg Global, where they currently apply their extensive experience in HR strategy and organizational development. Previously, they served as an Assistant Manager for People Success and Culture at Exxat, where they led various HR initiatives, including recruitment and performance management. Rashmi began their career as a Quality Improvement Technologist at Bluebird Food Ltd and has also held roles as an English Language Trainer and HR Manager at different organizations. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from The University of Auckland and a Diploma in Learning and Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
