Ying Wang

Ying Wang is a strategic operations consultant with extensive experience in performance management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Operations Consultant at Inossem since March 2022, Ying Wang is responsible for building performance systems and designing performance indicators tailored to the company's organizational structure. Previously, as a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations at ENN Digital from July 2018 to March 2022, Ying Wang established and optimized the company's performance management system and drove the digital transformation of operations. Ying Wang also held positions at Hanergy as a Planning Operations Supervisor and Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited as an Operation Trainee in Sales Operations. Ying Wang holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Economics and Management from UCL and another Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Leicester.
