He started his career at InOutsource in 2011, doing hands-on records management and information governance work, pushing dirty boxes down rows of dark dusty file rooms, researching obscure data sources and begging attorneys to get rid of ancient files. Since he knows the day-to-day struggle of working in an outdated records management system (RMS) firsthand, he’s made a career of implementing modern systems like FileTrail. As law firms increasingly focus on reducing cost and risk through executing on retention, Dave is the man to call to get the job done. He’s successfully deployed retention programs at large law firms and knows it’s a lot more complicated than simply throwing boxes in the shredder.
