Imad Ayass

Imad Ayass is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Inovalon, bringing extensive legal experience from the United States, Europe, and the GCC. Previously, Imad served as Executive Director at EDIC US and General Counsel at Emirates Defence Industries Company. With a background in various sectors including Healthcare, Intellectual Property, and Technology Transactions, Imad has held significant roles at organizations such as Mubadala Development Company and Orbit Communications Company. Imad is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance at California State University-Los Angeles.
