Joni Pollock

Joni Pollock is an experienced executive with a strong background in implementation, operations, and client services. Most recently, Joni served as Vice President of Implementation at Inovalon from December 2015 to September 2025, leading strategic initiatives for enterprise applications to enhance customer satisfaction and align with business objectives. Prior to this role, Joni held the position of Assistant Vice President of Implementation at Inovalon, focusing on product delivery and training to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. As President of Pollock Consulting since October 2010, Joni collaborates with clients to address operational and human resource challenges. Previous experience includes directing client services for StayWell (now Krames) and managing operations across multiple store formats at Target, where Joni held various leadership positions including Group Vice President and Vice President of Store Operations. Joni earned a B.A. in Communication and Political Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
