Rachel Stemerman

Rachel Stemerman, PhD, is a Senior Principal Technical Product Manager specializing in Data Engineering and AI/ML Platforms at Inovalon. Having previously served as a Senior Product Manager at ESO, Rachel established visions for next-generation data products and led cross-functional engineering teams. They also held roles in emergency medical services, including Quality Improvement Coordinator and Paramedic, and have experience in grant writing, successfully securing substantial funding for EMS agencies. Rachel earned a PhD in Health Informatics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they were a National Library of Medicine Fellowship recipient.
