Andre Cester Costa

Andre Cester Costa, a native of Aveiro, serves as the Director of Valorization Direction at INOVA+, a position they began in April 2023. They graduated with a degree in Management and Planning in Tourism and later earned a specialization in Innovations and Development Policies from the University of Aveiro. Andre’s career includes roles such as the Assistant Venue Manager during EURO 2004 and Head-Chief for Economic Development and Innovation at the Municipality of Aveiro. Alongside their professional achievements, they co-founded the Youth Association "AGOR@" and have actively organized several TEDx events in Aveiro.
