Arsalan Rasool has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Arsalan started their career at Pakistan State Oil Company as a Network Support Engineer, where they provided help desk support and handled hardware-related tasks. Arsalan then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Analyst, troubleshooting networking and desktop issues. Arsalan later joined the University of Alberta as a Hardware Analyst. After that, they worked at the Government of Alberta as a Service Desk & Deployment Analyst, recording and diagnosing problems, providing desk-side support, and managing assets. Arsalan then moved on to Sysco Canada as an Admin/System Support Specialist, where they installed and supported network equipment, adhered to software and hardware standards, and provided high levels of customer service. Arsalan gained further experience at Honeywell Process Solutions as a Technical Analyst, performing software installations and configurations, providing support to internal and external clients, and optimizing system configurations. Arsalan then worked at Igloo Building Supplies Group Ltd. as a Technical Support Engineer, where they performed maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, provided support to end users, and resolved technical problems. Arsalan then joined EPCOR as an IT System Analyst, and later moved to Central 1 Credit Union as a Development Operations Engineer II. Currently, they are working at Inovatec Systems as a Senior Development Operations Engineer.

Arsalan Rasool completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science at Karachi University from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they obtained the following certifications: A+ in March 2012, MCSA from Microsoft in April 2010, CCNP from Cisco in January 2015, and CCNA from Cisco in February 2012. Arsalan also acquired various certifications in fields such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Fortinet Network Security, and Six Sigma, among others.
