Robert Eldridge

Robert Eldridge currently serves as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Inovonics, a position held since August 2022, following a tenure as Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Lockheed Martin from November 2016 to August 2022, where Robert contributed as both Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, successfully coordinating design compliance reviews and streamlining manufacturing processes. Earlier experience at Vicor Corporation involved assisting with process qualifications and efficiency improvements, while initial exposure to the field occurred at Brinkman Precision, where support was provided to the Quality Assurance and Engineering Departments.
