Saskia Bouter

Saskia Bouter is a seasoned change manager and organization coach with extensive experience at the executive and board levels. Currently, they serve as the Director, Change Manager, and Organization Coach at SUMUS, leading transformation initiatives for various prominent clients. Saskia has held interim HR leadership roles and has managed substantial organizational changes within companies such as Rituals, Mediq, and IBM. They are also actively involved with SER Topvrouwen and serve as a board advisor for Inovum, focusing on enhancing change capacity within healthcare organizations. Saskia holds a Master's degree from Leiden University and is engaged in ongoing education at Hemingway Professional Governance.
