Arnaud Valenduc has extensive experience in various leadership roles across different industries. Arnaud is currently employed at INEOS Inovyn as the Business Director, Member of the Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Cycle Valley.
From 2003 to 2021, Valenduc worked at Solvay, where they held multiple positions including Head of Transformation, CEO of Solvay Indupa, Head of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate Business Unit, Asia Regional Business Manager Allylics, and Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific. During their time at Solvay, they led the company's transformation initiatives, managed crisis response during the Covid-19 pandemic, and oversaw the sale of Solvay Indupa.
Before joining Solvay, Valenduc co-founded Casius.be & Casius.nl, an internet start-up in the construction industry, where they served as the Co-founder and COO. Additionally, they worked at Accenture as a Consultant from 1994 to 1999.
Arnaud Valenduc obtained a Business Engineer degree in Finance from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management between 1989 and 1994. In 1998 and 1999, they pursued an MBA at INSEAD. In 2018 and 2019, they attended INSEAD again, this time earning an InBoard Certificate in Board Membership.
