Neil Mitchell

Neil Mitchell is the Asset Integrity Management Systems Implementation Manager at INEOS Inovyn, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Engineering Compliance Manager at INOVYN from 2003 to 2022, where they developed and implemented engineering systems to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Neil's career began at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) from 1979 to 1983, where they held various roles including Workshops Production Control Officer and Fitter Turner. Additionally, they worked as the Engineering Workshops Manager at INEOS Chlorvinyls from 2001 to 2003.
