Peter Otten has a rich background in chemical engineering and business economics, holding a Master's degree from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven and a Bachelor's degree from Zuyd Hogeschool. They began their career at Xerox as a Procestechnoloog and progressed to roles such as assistant production manager, before moving on to Solvay, where they served as a process engineer and later as Site and Production Manager. Currently, Peter is the Plant Manager and Asset Manager at INEOS Inovyn, where they continue to leverage their extensive experience in the field.
