Brad Flaugher

Brad Flaugher has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Brad began their career as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Kalamazoo College in 2007. In 2010, they took on the roles of Product Development Manager and Algorithmic Trader, Market Maker at Walleye Capital. In 2016, they were Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Founder (Bread Factory Studios, Acquired 2018) at Inoxoft. Brad then moved to Audigent where they were VP of Product and Strategy, Lead Machine Learning Engineer, and Senior Developer. In 2022, they joined Medusa Intelligence Corporation as Lead Machine Learning Engineer and NextFab Ventures as Investment Advisor.

Brad Flaugher has a diverse educational background. Brad attended Kalamazoo College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BA in Honors Economics and Business and Computer Science. Brad then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an MSc in Economic History. After that, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management from 2021 to 2022, where they earned an Executive Certificate in Technology and Operations. Brad is currently attending The Wharton School from 2022 to 2023, where they are enrolled in the General Management Program.
