Previously, he worked as a Customer Success Manager at Inova.io and managed projects for clients in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specializing in business development. Thomas also has experience in Product Management at Inova Software, where he managed a partnering platform for pharmaceutical world events. With a Master's degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and multiple engineering degrees from CY Tech, Thomas brings a strong background in technology and business to his roles in customer success and product management.
