Ryan Kraus

Ryan Kraus is a seasoned CFO and COO with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial advisory. They served as Chief Operating Officer at Edison Court, Inc. from 2011 to 2021, and are currently the Managing Partner at Broadpoint Advisors, specializing in healthcare M&A and CFO advisory services. Ryan held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Virtual Edge and was the Principal of Kraus Advisory Group, LLC, providing CFO and advisory services to owner-managed companies. They also previously worked at KPMG as a Supervisor overseeing audits in the financial services industry and were the President of KCR, Inc., a family-owned contracting firm. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Salle University and completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School.
