Garry Smith

Garry Smith has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the General Manager of People & Capability at INPEX since March 2012. In this role, Garry oversees various functions including Industrial Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, Learning & Development, Capability and Talent, and Recruitment. Previously, Garry held positions such as Senior Manager of HR Specialist Services and Manager of Industrial Relations - Operations at INPEX, where responsibilities included supporting the Operations team as a Senior ER Advisor. Prior to joining INPEX, Garry served as Employee Relations Manager at Transfield Worley, overseeing employee relations for both onshore and offshore Woodside LNG facilities from October 2000 to March 2012.
