Grace Chia

Grace Chia is an experienced finance professional currently serving as FP&A Manager for Ichthys Operations at INPEX since May 2022, following a role as Lead Finance Business Partner for Operations. Prior to INPEX, Grace worked at Santos Ltd as Finance Lead for WA/NT Production Assets after the acquisition of ConocoPhillips’ Australia-West Business Unit. Previous roles include various senior finance positions at ConocoPhillips, encompassing long-range planning and growth projects, as well as a senior financial analyst role at Woodside Energy, where participation in a finance graduate program provided broad exposure to different finance domains. Early career experiences include a tax consultant position at PwC and academic roles at The University of Western Australia. Grace Chia holds multiple finance qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics with First Class Honours.
