Ian Walsh

Ian Walsh is a Senior Completion & Well Test Engineer at INPEX, where they work on projects such as Holonema-1 and Bassett Deep-1 Exploration Wells. Previously, they held various engineering and supervisory roles at companies including Santos Ltd, Shell, ConocoPhillips, and Woodside Energy, contributing to significant projects across Australia and Asia. Ian's extensive experience in well testing and completion spans nearly three decades, beginning with their tenure at Schlumberger. They earned a Higher National Diploma in Well Engineering from Techskill Academy and previously studied Agricultural Science & Engineering at The University of Queensland.
