Jason Bindon has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Lead Performance Coach at INPEX since November 2015, with prior roles including Operations Team Lead and Production Team Leader. Before joining INPEX, Jason worked at Woodside Energy from February 2004 to October 2015, where positions included Operations Team Leader, Shift Superintendent, and Senior Operator, with an 18-month transfer to the Karratha Gas Plant. Jason holds a Trade Certificate in Fitter & Machinist from Karratha Technical College, completed between 1986 and 1989, and attended Karratha Senior High from 1983 to 1985.
