Kellie Pearcey

Kellie Pearcey currently serves as the General Manager of Joint Venture Management at INPEX since November 2023. Previously, Kellie held various roles at ConocoPhillips Australia Pty Ltd from October 2012 to October 2016, including OD & LD Team Lead, where responsibilities involved identifying development needs and managing employee engagement initiatives. Kellie’s experience also includes a brief tenure as a Senior Commercial Advisor at ConocoPhillips in early 2020, focusing on executing agreements for the Darwin LNG facility, and serving as HR Shared Services Director to support multiple locations. Additionally, Kellie worked as a Principal Commercial Adviser at Santos Ltd from May 2020 to February 2023, facilitating LNG sales and securing Carbon Capture Storage agreements. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Minerals and Energy Management from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.
