Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is an experienced quality advisor currently working at INPEX since August 2021, focusing on the Phase 2B Project. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Site QC Lead at PARC Engineering Pty Ltd and as a QC Inspector at UGL, contributing to the Barrow Island Train 3 Turn Around. Matthew has a solid background with Clough, where roles included Quality Inspector for the BHP NPI Project and QA/QC Coordinator for the Ichthys Hook Up Project, as well as QA/QC Inspector for the same project. Earlier experience includes positions at Eftech International PTY LTD, where roles as Mechanical Lead involved maintenance campaigns, and at Baker Hughes and BJ Services, focusing on pipeline and process services. Career beginnings started as a Mechanical Fitter at Geographe Energy.
