Melissa Wee is an experienced HR and management consultant with a solid background in organisational change and HR transformation. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at INPEX since January 2014, Melissa has previously held roles such as Senior Organisational Change Advisor and Change & Engagement Advisor within the same company. Prior experience includes a position at EY from January 2011 to December 2013, focusing on management consulting and specialising in organisational change, with long-term secondments to BHP Iron Ore HR, BHP Global 1SAP OCM, and Western Power Corporate Affairs teams. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked at KPMG Australia from January 2006 to December 2010 as Manager Indirect Tax and held various consulting positions. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in HR and Management from The University of Western Australia, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University and a Graduate Certificate in Chartered Accounting Foundations from Deakin University.
